A very short bit of filler from 1968. Produced by or for Britain's Central Office of Information (COI). Features no narration, just footage of 1960s female fashion with music accompaniment. I'm not completely certain, but I believe this is an example of one of the bits of filler the COI produced to fill in gaps in the schedules of TV channels. The COI did literally hundreds of such fillers over the years.
