This is the .jar game "Legend of Chambered". "Legend of Chambered" was a game created by Notch. It was relased in 2008. He later lost interest and gave up on it, as he said on his (now deleted) project page. Many Textures in Minecraft (like Iron sword, leather armor, apple, quiver) came from this game.
