Subject: “Band On Fire”
The boys were absolutely on fire and I was there to witness it! All these years later I can still remember Scott screaming “...on a magic mustache ride” during Magic Carpet Ride! The jam afterwards was incredible, as well. I used to love to catch them at Jonathan Swift’s every time I could swing it. The place was narrow, long and funky and I absolutely loved being there! I don’t know why I remember this, but in the men’s room written on the wall was “Men and Volts rule the universe“! I always loved that...I still try to find the actual dates of the shows I attended there since they never gave real ticket stubs at the door. If anybody has old memorabilia relating to show dates between 1986-1990, please contact me!
