There was a Windows Version of Poweranimator
Hello, this Windows 9.0 version is the last
version to feature warp lights, particle effects, hair & fur, and other advanced animation features found in PowerAnimator. All of these features were removed in later versions. The user interface and render engine is exactly the same as Poweranimator on IRIX. it also has all the pdf manuals. Please download and use the software yourself before saying untrue things.
Also small correction: the folder should be C:\Flexlm
NOT "Flexm"!!!
