The Round Table: The Commonwealth Journal of International Affairs is an active peer-reviewed scholarly journal published bimonthly by Taylor & Francis. Founded in 1910 by English statesman and colonial administrator Alfred Milner, 1st Viscount Milner (1854–1925) as an off-shoot of the Round Table movement—established the previous year to promote closer union between the United Kingdom and its self-governing colonies—it is Britain's oldest international affairs journal and provides analysis and commentary on all aspects of international affairs affecting the Commonwealth. 

Each issue features original articles on policy issues concerning the contemporary Commonwealth and its role in international affairs, with occasional articles on themes of historical interest. It also contains opinion pieces on topical issues, along with reviews of new literature relevant to the field. Occasional special-focus issues are dedicated to a particular topic of interest or area of concern.

Until 1966, all articles featured in the journal were anonymous, ostensibly so that people in positions of authority could write frankly without fear of the consequences. Most authors of articles published during this period have been identified, and include Lord Balogh, Sir Evelyn Baring, Sir Alexander Cadogan, Isaac Deutscher, Lord Gladwyn, Lord Hankey, Elspeth Huxley, T. E. Lawrence, Sir Harry Luke, Ali A. Mazrui, Sir Lewis Namier, Lionel Robbins, Garfield Todd, Arnold Toynbee, and Sir Frederick Whyte.
