This is not  a bootleg of the complete Beatles sessions. It is, however, a collection of a heck of a lot of them - a 62-disc set that contains literally days of alternate takes, banter, home recordings, and other Beatles miscellany. Enjoy.

The longest, most expansive solo acoustic set the Radiohead frontman has ever put on, reaching into the old and new to play through 23 songs from the main band, the new band, and the solo career. The recording isn't the best, but it's a vital capture, and we get to see Thom in a playful mood, flitting between guitar and piano at an unplugged festival and putting in extra vocal adventures. It took a while (a 2020 tour scrapped before booking, a 2021 tour announced and cancelled), but NIN have played their first show since 2018 - and they've made it worth the wait with an amazing setlist. Opening with the first four songs on The Fragile , a few greatest hits follow before deep cut 'The Becoming' (one of six songs from The Downward Spiral ), the first 'Every Day Is Exactly the Same' in sixteen years, two Bowie covers (including a public debut of 'Fashion'), and much loved obscurity...

An eight-CD box set from Godfather Records, capturing four pivotal shows in Pink Floyd history: four consecutive nights at the Rainbow Theatre in February 1972, the first time they officially presented their new work The Dark Side of the Moon  to audiences. All shows are captured here, which start with an early version of that album in full before an hour-long encore of other tracks features. Have fun looking at all the subtle differences between songs each day, and see a band on the verge of...

A massive archive of R.E.M. rarities, featuring basically every non-album track from 1981 to 2004 - B-sides, compilation appearances, fan club singles, etc., etc.. Unfortunately the source I got this from wasn't tagged, so everything's just listed as 'Track 1', 'Track 2', etc. I did  copy across a .txt from another source (that I, for some reason, couldn't get any of the .flac files from), so at some point in the future I'll edit this upload and add the stuff - maybe, there's a lot of it here...

One of two shows played by Pink Floyd in late 1973 for a very good cause - after Soft Machine drummer Robert Wyatt's accident and paralysis, the band played two sets at the Rainbow Theatre to raise funds for him. This is the early set on the day, featuring The Dark Side of the Moon  in full before two pieces from film soundtrack Obscured by Clouds  to close - the quieter and arguably worse recording of the day, although featuring Clare Torry reprising her album role live. A monster box set (six parts, fifteen CDs, 102 songs, 14 hours) taking in a host of excellent live shows from Led Zeppelin's career, showcasing them from the bluesy quartet playing stolen songs in small venues to the hard rocking icons playing stolen songs in huge stadiums. The music still rules though. Sonic Youth's mid-1991 European tour - captured on The Year Punk Broke  - saw them at perhaps the peak of their powers, both commercially and musically. This set in Dublin features a set that covers every aspect of their first decade (with three unreleased songs), excellent audio quality (except for a crackly right channel in the first five songs), and a fired up performance taking influence from the opening act who'd soon eclipse them (and whose set was sadly not taped). EDIT: This compilation has been further revised and updated, with a different version here that includes seven more songs and extra info. During the recording of SYR3: Invito al ĉielo , Sonic Youth invited experimental instrumentalist Jim O'Rourke to play bass with them to free it up a bit more. The collaboration blossomed, and O'Rourke signed on with the band properly in 1999, playing on their next three albums and the associated tours. This compilation - a 330-minute, 50-song set - goes...

This is the famous '1984 Birthday Show' which is from the soundboard. The source I took this from had numerous glitches (pops/bangs/noise residue from the venue) which I have tried to fix. There has also been a lot of 'quiet' sections such as audience cheering and gaps between songs. Some lasted at least 3 or 4 minutes, so they have all been edited out, creating a fully seamless live set. Also included is my own artwork, going on the Purple Rain album cover vibe. To this day, it is unreleased,...

A truly ridiculous show from the European leg of the Nevermind  tour, with more cover songs and rarities than you could think of. In early 1978, a fresh-faced Joy Division went into a studio for RCA with about a dozen songs in tow, preparing to record an early studio album that's closer to the punk rock that inspired them than the post-punk they'd be known for. Lost Gaucho Restored is a project worked on by John Conquest (aka Sir Mix-A-Lot Rare Music on YouTube) that aims to restore the bad quality bootlegs from the album Gaucho by Steely Dan. This is a collection of what I've restored so far.  While there's still specific things that I don't have the know-how for to fix, and will update and upload the files to this collection when I do. I ask that if you have any information on the source of these, including physical copies, let me know in the...

A good quality audience recording from one of Pink Floyd's few 1974 shows, a highly transitional period for the band - three new lengthy pieces were premiered during the year, being further developed released over the band's next few albums; they then followed this up with a sequential performance of The Dark Side of the Moon  and an encore of the much-loved 'Echoes'. Track listing: [tuning] Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts I-IX) Raving and Drooling [early 'Sheep'] [tuning] You've Got to Be...

The final show of the Reckoning  tour sees R.E.M. play in Norway for the first time, a strong show with lots of adventure and plenty of songs looking ahead to Fables of the Reconstruction  in the set. Two sources are available, a near-complete AUD (missing 'Carnival of Sorts' at the end of the show) and a vastly superior FM broadcast. Track listing [FM songs marked with *]: Femme Fatale [Velvet Underground cover] Radio Free Europe Harborcoat Talk About the Passion Hyena* Auctioneer (Another...

Performing in a city at risk of flooding, at a venue where the floor had just collapsed , prodigious Australian psych rockers King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard running through a 100-minute set of mad energy to an enraptured crowd, featuring the four new songs from the set two days prior with another live debut and ending in a jam that lasts over twenty minutes. (I've never listened to them, so this is where I start.) Track listing: I'm in Your Mind > I'm Not in Your Mind > Cellophane...

Two bootlegs from early Smashing Pumpkins studio sessions - tracks 1-20 are full-band electric, tracks 21-33 are just Billy on acoustic dicking around. Some of the songs were used to make the Moon  demo tape, others were released on Gish  or as singles, and some have been left in the past. Track listing: Egg Bury Me Bye June Cinnamon Girl [Neil Young cover] C'mon Daughter [extended] Daydream East [alternate version] Honeyspider Honeyspider [alternate version] I Am One [original 7"...

The last of five shows in New York to 'tour' for The Wall , a 24/96 recording here with astonishingly good audio quality and some hard hitting performances before they took a few months off to prepare for the London shows (and get over hating each other). Track listing: [introduction] In the Flesh? The Thin Ice Another Brick in the Wall (Part 1) The Happiest Days of Our Lives Another Brick in the Wall (Part 2) Mother Goodbye Blue Sky Empty Spaces What Shall We Do Now?
