A celebration of our northern European ancestors from the beginning of the 1900s.Worthy of saving and sharing.
"You are watching some of the very first moments your English ancestors
looked into the lens of a camera. I wanted to stitch together a timeline
of some of the very first waves and smiles of the English people
captured on film. It's particularly sweet when the kids chase the camera
and doff their caps in amusement and curiosity!
It's NOT intended to be sad, but to give you a sober sense of your
active place in history. I hope you enjoy waving back at them, because
you belong to today's chapter of Britain. :) let it motivate you to
maximise the only time you will be alive.
With the exception of the opening scene in Venice and some of the
soldiers, all of the footage comes from Britain and is free domain. I
hope you enjoy :)"
