Some netlabels are always in the database, so no need to reupload :

For others, the best way is to create a sort of "historical" netlabel; you need to ask to the Internet Archive for creating a new netlabel.

Hm, 8bitpeoples isn't anywhere near complete, how can I add missing items to that collection?

And how do I ask the IA for creating it? can't I just do that by myself? I've read the FAQ but I don't know, still :/

You can add missing items to the collection only if you are the curator or you have administrative privileges for this collection.
