When Colin Blake approached me with his idea for his C60 project I was intrigued. He was eager to create 30 minute slices of his particular blend of sci-fi ambient, slices that could easily fit on the side of a C60 cassette tape. When I heard the first cuts I was sold on the idea. These cuts became what you are now listening to: Side A and Side B of "Cones (waag_C60_01)". Think of these tracks in the same terms as you would a mixtape ... they are 30 minutes of continual, unbroken...
