A one hour tribute to vintage sound effects records. I've included a few really old ones from 78 rpm discs, but mostly long-players from the 1950s and 60s. This was a bear to put together, the result of many downloads of old records and then hours of sifting sounds out of them and assembly. The final result features at least 75 tracks - a new record for my show! Turn It Up-! It is after all Doctored for Super-Stereo!

Well, with all of the Hallowe'en records / files that I have, and the fact that the show was going out live just shortly before the holiday, I couldn't resist indulging in a bit of Spooky Record Wallowing. As it turned out, the station manager loved it, and ran it several times other than its allotted times. Very flattering - I love it when people dig the "weirder" shows! I hope you enjoy it too! There are several long spoken word thingies, and some fun songs, of course. Naturally,...
