Down in Baltimore next weekend there is a a389 Records Anniversary bash that LEFT FOR DEAD are playing. There is all this talk of a warm up show taking place somewhere in the city on Wednesday or Thursday so keep your ear to the ground. So we started out the show with a set tat showcases bands at that fest. There is also a tribute to the film on the Boston scene called "All Ages". And the demo feature is a new local band called Valley Boys.

The funding drive is all about raising twice as much money so that we can buy a new transmitter and have it installed. We got to do a show on Remembrance Day and so with all the talk of sacrifice we wanted to showcase the anti-war themes written about punk throughout the ages using Toronto, Montreal, England, and German bands as a small microcosm for the breadth of how many anti-war songs there are. Here is a studio 3 session with a new local band called Triage. Triage take inspiration from Japanese hardcore like Deathside and Don Don and mix it up with Axegrinder and Attitude Adjustment. Another fusion experiment with various versions of crossover. The band features Lia on vocals (formerly of VCR), Sadie on guitar (formerly of Direct Approach, currently in Burial Permit), Matt on bass (currently in VCR and the Frags), and Kaylan on drums (formerly of Brutal Youth, currently in the Frags).
