I was looking around for some way to easily clean the RCA connectors on the back of my pre-amplifier (remove dust and clean the surfaces) and while there are some good electronics cleaning sprays and fluids, there seemed to be no simple tools available to make the task easier. There are more than 50 terminals on the back of my pre-amp so I made one you can print in PLA.

I just wanted a dustpan that you can tilt back and dump out through its handle into a small-mouth container. I didn't find that on Thingiverse, but I did find the original dust pan in OpenSCAD without a handle. Keep in mind that your overall length is increased by the handle length.

Replaced the nozzle cleaner with a wire brush For the XYZ da VInci 1.0A Do not print the brown "brush" in the diagram, only the white fixture. Glue the actual brush on to the square pad. Super glue works fine. I cut one of those Dollar Store tooth brush sets. Use the brass not the steel or nylon.

I bought a Harder and Steenbeck Ultra Airbrush. The nozzle has holes on the sides, therefore it is almost impossible to create a backflow for cleaning or mixing colors. There is an H&S Cleaning cap (127990), Reinigungskappe in German, but the shipping cost ist too high, so I made my own. I used TPU for the snuggly fit.

This is a helper for easier cleaning of the portafilter of a WMF Blitz 1000/2000, as the filter insert is not fixed in any way. With this clamp you can easily drop the old caffee into the bin without having to hold the (hot) filter insert. ---- Diese Klammer hilft beim Abschlagen der Kaffeereste aus einem Siebträger einer WMF Blitz 1000/2000. A customizable OSAT scrub brush for cleaning tough messes. Customize the size of the brush as you like. Change the size of the bristles to match your printer and print settings. One bristle dimension should be 0.001 mm less than the nozzle width and the other a multiple of the layer height. The spaced_bristle.scad has better printability and the OSAT_scrub_brush_#'s have been generated using it. OSAT_scrub_brush_1 is a small brush that is useful for dialing in bridging settings.

Update 10/11/18 : Uploaded version with no holes. So, it is more of a dustpan now. We needed a tool to help recycle and clean our CNC machine. I created this scoop that does the job. It has drainage holds to pick up even wet shavings. Works well.

This is a basic Painter's Puck to allow you to easily clean your brushes. Simply run water and scrub your brush against the nubs. Printing Tip: Use 4 walls for strength otherwise your nubs may break off.
