Using a common vacuum cleaner to evacuate air form a storage bag is not a new idea. But dealing with fresh food, the nozzle needs to be hygienically clean in order not to pollute the food. I read that both PLA and PETG are food safe in principle, but bacteria can and will grow in micro cracks in the surface of our printed things. IKEA Behjälplig is the only solution to install non-IKEA dishwasher into IKEA METOD kitchen cabinet, but unfortunately this thing will snap/break very easily almost weekly. This part prevents bottom part to snap from the hinge, locking it in place. Just print 2 of these and slide them over the hinge. Print on the side for best results, use support. I printed it with a metal silk PLA. My wife used them in the kitchen and didn't notice the difference until I told her :)

Makes a single 1.5 inch spherical chunk of ice. Easy to print, make walls/top/bottom at least 1.2mm to 2mm thick. Fill one of two ways; either fill the bottom half over a sink then put the top on then pour excess water out, or put the top on then fill through the hole. Do not fill to the entire sphere area with water, allow some empty space for water to expand as it turns into ice, otherwise you could end up cracking the mold. Print in a food safe material.

I've created a longer version of the insert. With this you don't have to cut the bag exact and it makes it more easy to insert the bag in the clip. I've created 3 versions. 10mm, 15mm and 20mm longer than the original insert.
