The Marshall Tucker Band live at Winterland Arena in San Francisco CA. Broadcast on KSAN 95 FM on 8/26/1973. The band had released their debut album The Marshall Tucker Band in April of that year. MTB was on tour with The Allman Brothers Band and opened for them with this set. Marshall Tucker Band: Toy Caldwell: lead guitar, vocals; Tommy Caldwell: bass; George McCorkle: rhythm guitar; Paul Riddle: drums; Jerry Eubanks: flute; Doug Gray: vocals.

01. Charlie Daniels: "Homefolks & Highways" 02. The Marshall-Tucker Band: "Now & Then" These are two very rare southern rock VHS tapes from the early 1990's or so. The Charlie Daniels one I still have, but the Marshall-Tucker tape I lost at some point (the video I have of it here is a copy of a copy). Enjoy these two country rockin' rarities!

Again, the poster pretty much describes this show, although my parameters for pieces classified " Southern Rock " got a little broad here and there I fit in most of the essential songs I thought should be in the set fer sure.
