This is my first attemp to make a venturi injector to add chlorine and other chemicals to my borehole water Printed and tested with the default full stl design it works like a charm on a borehole pump connected to a 3/4" pipe to inject chlorine to the water flow with a 5mm PE tube. Printed with 1mm wall and 75% infill in ABS using 8mm brim and support on touchbed only print perfectly and it's able to manage pressure up to 6 bar without leakage. Updated with more options

I split the original design to be able to make them with silicone mold. The intend is to make from the two cones a mold and use these to cast with acrylic resin. This leads to them hand pumping the water if company is over. Solution: Create an easy to use pump. Included is an adapter to attach a 3/4" dowel rod to hold the pump without bending over.

This is a venturi tube with a sinusoidal profile. Venturi tubes like this have several uses including measurement of volumetric flow rate of fluids. This Venturi was designed for high flow to allow you to syphon water quickly. As you can see from the diagram the restrictions are low. After you print the venturi, you should break the short tube out of the center of the base. (only needed for printing) Secondly you will need a hose gasket to form a good seal. This is my try of making a venturi vacuum pump. It works. By blowing into the small pipe, it creates a vacuum and can lift a small sheet of paper. Originally it was designed for water. Unfortunately It works not as well as expected for this purpose. All walls are 3mm thick, except for the tips of the connectors and some fine details inside.

I'm using this for a 3dponics garden. My air pump is pretty powerful; even with two venturis it was overpowering them and causing air bubbles to overflow. However, I discovered that it powers 4 venturis really well. Previously I had been printing 4 individual objects and hot-gluing them together. This is my attempt at combining 4 3dponics venturis into a single block for easier handling.

There's quite a few of these on here but this is my take on a venturi generator for 1/2 inch vinyl tubing. I believe vinyl tubing has an upper limit of 28hg. The engineering I am sure could use some work. *edit* V2 Increases the angle of the exit side. * edit 11/13/17* A user has mentioned that the effect is not great enough to pull water into the tube when hooked up to their air compressor. A prototype venturi pump design I'm working on. All ports are designed for 6mm OD tubing. Stick to the general physics of the pump principle to avoid failures. This was designed to go on the end of segmented hose to spray a mix of air and liquid lubrication for use in a cnc machine. A tube connects the nozzle to a container with the lubricant. The flow of air (tested at 3bar) draws in the fluid trough the tube and mixes it with air. The tube entrance is tapered to accept tubes from 3 to 6mm.
