Thanks to this support for the assembly of the sliding guides for drawers, the work will be much easier and faster also thanks to the magnets that keep the guide locked. The upper stop allows you to decide the mounting depth of the guide and the side bar allows the assembly of the twin guide in a few seconds. The support is divided into different parts to be able to print on small plates.

These gauges are intended to create coplanar marks for trimming furniture legs. Often when stools, tables, chairs, etc. are being made, the wood used is unequal in length. If the legs aren't trimmed, the piece of furniture will most likely not be level and may rock back and forth. These gauges can also be used to trim the legs of an existing piece of furniture with unequal legs. The piece of furniture is set on a flat reference surface, and the legs are shimmed up to the point where the...

This is a sled used for a Harbor Freight table saw. It can probably be used for other table saw miter slots, just needs to be increased in size. I'd recommend printing at 100% infill for safety purposes, but can probably get away with less. As with any wood working tool, use safe practices and in no way am I responsible if you injure yourself. F-clamp not necessary, but safer. You can always sand the miter part or grease your rails to make it slide better if it sticks. Modify if necessary. I...

Guide and base for drilling angled holes in chair seat blanks using the sightline/resultant method developed by Peter Galbert. Step by step use in photos. 1) Set tube angle to resultant angle 2) Line up brad point of drill bit at the centerpoint of the hole 3) Align base on sightline with the slot in the base 4) Clamp tightly (handscrew works great for this) 5) Drill hole without spotter/mirrors/lasers/worry Required components (photo 1): One of each part (PET-G is what I print them in) two...

I printed these as part of a woodworking hobby where I needed something the width of my table saw blade. (1/8"). Then I also needed 1/4", 1/2" and so I did all 3. So basically it's a woodworking feeler gauge set for doing dados or kerf-like jig offsets in multiples of the width of the blade. Obviously you can stack them up. 1/8 + 1/2 = 5/8 or 1/8 + 1/4 + 1/2 = 7/8 and so on. Note that I used Adaptive height in Cura to try to get as close to 3.175mm as possible (that's 1/8")....

I like building my own tools for the shop. Found a design on You tube for a DIY jointer from a electric hand Planer. Needed to design a cover and guard. Did not have the red plastic for the guard but it does its job. There is a spring attached to the guard shaft. Attached the SKP files if anyone needs to make changes to fit their DIY jointer. Have fun. Stay safe.

Create automatic step-by-step woodworking plans. Choose your project, set the dimensions and sit back while the project is automatically drafted. Print the materials list for easy shopping at the lumber yard. The program comes with DesignCAD's most popular drafting tools, and you can customize the included designs or start from scratch.

I saw these saddles for dimensioned lumber in the latest Veritas catalog: http://www.leevalley.com/us/wood/page.aspx?p=75861&cat=1,41637 I decided to make some for myself. With a set of these saddles, you can use cheap lumber as a sacrificial surface for breaking down sheet stock, for example. I haven't yet used it for actual work, so proceed at your own risk! The post fits snugly in a 3/4" bench dog hole. A little sanding makes them easier to insert and remove. I used the following...

I am lucky enough to own a Lemello Classic X Biscuit Jointer. I required 6mm spacer for a project so I decided to design my own. Not wanting to use any supports this spacer is in 3 parts and requires glueing together (I used super glue) The clip need to be turned over from the modelling orientation. I printed them in PLA, but other materials would work. The left clip has a "A" printed on is, made sure this is assembled on the peg with the "A" on it. If anyone would like...

You'll find two print files: the first one is the featherboard itself and the otherone is the locking guide for the PTS10 and which you have to print twice. It is designed to carry an M5 nut on its back. You can use the knob i designed and uploaded here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3383113 You can find more info on my blog: https://makeverse.home.blog/ https://makeverse.home.blog/2019/03/02/featherboard-for-bosch-pts10-table-saw/ Hope you'll enjoy it. If you own a press like this one for assembling turned pens: https://www.amazon.com/T-king-Turners-Assembly-Joining-Projects/dp/B083FDVPWX you may find, as I did, that the spacers provided don't provide all the flexibility you need to assemble pens or other gadgets of different sizes. These spacers are 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm thick and give you a lot more leeway in setting up the press for different sized pens. I made them out of PETG because it looks and feels most like the material the originals...

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4441076 presented a thumb screw to replace the wing nut on the front-left corner of the BIBO bed. It is too wide for the other two positions. I have created a smaller version to fit the right-front corner and the back-center. A M3-.50 nut is required.

Still in need of some improvement but if you have one of those mini lathes they use to make beads with then the bottom guide will help keep some level of center when adjusting for new material. 4-5 bucks worth of hardware along with the print. 3/8 inch bore radial bearing, 1/4x3/8x1/2 Steel spacer, 6mm bolt with 3 matching nuts, and 2 m5-.8x12mm cap screws to replace wing nuts. Remove from bearing on tailstock to slide hood over. Slide one nut between the tail stock bearing and large bearing....
