These are a couple of grommets I made for my printer enclosure. I wanted a good way to feed the power cable and PTFE tube into the enclosure without having a hole that lets a lot of heat out. I printed mine in ninjaflex TPU (85A) but I'd imagine anything 95A and below will work. You should be able to scale the X and Y dimensions as much as you'd like, although the gap between triangles will widen. I've not made or tested this yet. It is designed to be made in TPU and may well not work at all. Cable grommet, made parametrically in freeCAD. I'll probably end up buying one rather than working on this as they are so cheap and I know that will work (I've never tried printing TPU but have a reel waiting), but I've uploaded this in case I go that route.

This is a simple wire grommet for a desk or table. It will fit in a 1in. hole. I used a 1in forstner bit which gave a good friction fit. I printed mine as all shells. Make sure there are enough shells to avoid infill on the walls, otherwise your printer might vibrate off your desk. :) Print with the ring on the bed to prevent supports.

This thing is a grommet I made to allow the end of a 12v battery maintainer cable to push through but still be retained from too easily slipping back through a thin panel. Made for an enclosure project where 80mm fan locations were converted into wire grommets. The inserts should be printed in PLA. They take an m3x10 screw, they should thread into the slotted insert, which can be held in place with a flat-blade screwdriver, while turning the m3 screw into it. This is a cable gland which can accommodate up to 6 cables through a 32mm hole. After printing, simply "knock out" the slots required for your cables. TWO holes are provided for each cable size - diameters 4mm, 5mm and 6mm. I printed in ABS but PLA should work fine also.

I wanted a grommet for the foam board enclosure I cobbled together using my foamboard clips. 50MM across, 15mm deep for 32 mm hole, 24mm inner diameter. Inner hole is generously radiused to avoid snags. Would work in wood other other materials as well. For foamboard, cut hole small and get a good friction fit.
