UPDATE: Redesigned with tapered and reinforced teeth for printing with a 0.25mm nozzle. download V2.1 *Use at your own risk* This is a design I used to fix the mirror on my 2006 jazz. It is the only plastic gear in the assembly and you can see in the photos its cracked and the shaft hole wore off. Its probably the same for models up to 2008.
