Here is a studio 3 session with a new local band called Triage. Triage take inspiration from Japanese hardcore like Deathside and Don Don and mix it up with Axegrinder and Attitude Adjustment. Another fusion experiment with various versions of crossover. The band features Lia on vocals (formerly of VCR), Sadie on guitar (formerly of Direct Approach, currently in Burial Permit), Matt on bass (currently in VCR and the Frags), and Kaylan on drums (formerly of Brutal Youth, currently in the Frags).

This is Equalizing-X-Distort for Sunday, June 28th. Tonight we started off with  our latest installment of Notes from Behind the Iron Curtain with guest host Berislav Sabolic who takes a look at the punk scene in Bosnia. We then featured a set of bands related to things happening in the city from shows to recent releases to Pride. And we featured the Frags in our demo feature, a new Toronto band featuring members of Triage, Burial Permit, and Snakepit, among others.
