Basically I needed to make a lid for that wonderful trash can to keep my cats out. I made a small version for used hobby blades and other sharp/dangerous items so they couldn't later become toys. Its scaled to the original size of the model, so tweak the X/Y based on your wall count and thickness.

Could not find a simple, small trash can that I liked so I made my own. The top is under 200x200mm (if rotated the right way) and height 210mm, so should fit on most printers. (Some may need to scale to 99%) I used a .4mm nozzle, 2 perimeters, 3 bottom layers, .28mm layer height and it turned out great. If you are looking at the .step file and see several horizontal lines, ignore them. They wont show on the .stl file. They are due to me having to extrude each sketch .001mm before lofting...

This is a simple trash can I keep next to my printer to hold filament scraps. This can also be printed in vase mode to minimize print time, but the walls will so thin that they will form their own organic curves.

even easier to print - only little support is needed. the parts were all modified. a straight bent paper clip can be used as shaft for the lid or a steel wire (0.8mm). there is a hole on the lid for inserting the shaft. this is then sealed with glue. 2 countersunk screws M3 x 10mm serve as axles for the wheels. due to the modifications, the garbage can survives a rougher playing time and is very easy to print. two versions of wheels - which you like more. bucket v2: other version looks...

Replacement hinge pin for broken trash can lid. Printed at 100% infill for strength - we'll see how it holds up! The fit was a little loose, but it worked. If I have to make another I'll increase the length and width slightly.

Hi, I've design this small trash can look like lego trash can. with no scaling it make 10cm height (small trash can for the office ^^) 3 versions : - one file (need support) - Complex version => just need support under the can - Complex version => no need supports I've include some tolerence for complex versions (maybe need glue). It's the recycling bin from windows. I made this for the windows people out there. I saw there was a mac one made. Which was a great one? So I decided to make a windows one I will also make a Chromebook one or google drive one. So expect more trash cans to appear that do with computers.

This part is for a small step-to-open trash can. It connects a horizontal rod and vertical rod that transmit power from the pedal to the lid. It has a living hinge, so it was printed with nylon. It took 4 minutes and works great. The pictures show the installed new part (in white nylon), the broken original part (black) and the type of trash can.

I was tired of scrap bits of PLA all over my desk. So I made this. I managed to print the bin without support, however the bottom was a bit too flexable. I suggest using support. The lid has to have support. This is my first design I'm submitting to Thingiverse and I'm not sure how well this will get printed on other 3D printers. Let me know if there are any issues and share your prints.

This is a desktop trash can I use near the 3D printer. It is designed to hug the side splash of the countertop on my desk area. The height and width of the side splash should be customizable via openscad or the 'customizer' app here. The main section holds 3d printing trash, and the upper section has two compartments, where I have a set of pliers and a piece of paper towel.

This is a recreation of the trash bin that was at Mountain Park in Holyoke, MA. It looked like a circus wagon with a lion inside. The lion had an open mouth. There was a vacuum inside and when you placed your trash in the lion's mouth, it would get sucked inside. The roof is a separate piece, as are the wheels.
